Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Alpha Sun Solar's website and wholesale purchasing platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alpha Sun Solar Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901).
By accessing or using the Alpha Sun Solar website and placing orders through our wholesale platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Wholesale accounts are available to CEC-accredited solar installers, licensed electricians, and registered EPC contractors with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN). We reserve the right to decline or revoke wholesale access at our discretion.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from Alpha Sun Solar. We reserve the right to cancel orders for products that are out of stock or incorrectly priced.
Payment is due at the time of order unless a credit account has been approved. Approved credit accounts are subject to net 30-day terms. Overdue accounts may incur late payment fees and result in suspension of wholesale access.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse. We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers. Free freight thresholds and delivery timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed.
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom-configured orders cannot be returned. Warranty-related returns are handled under the relevant manufacturer warranty policy.
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are passed through to the purchaser. Alpha Sun Solar provides warranty facilitation support but is not the manufacturer and does not independently warrant products beyond what is covered by the manufacturer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Sun Solar's liability for any claim arising from these terms or the supply of products is limited to the purchase price of the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes arising from these terms.
